Please note: Hancock House is a multi-level historic home. Bedrooms and bathrooms are reached by steep, narrow stairs, and there is no elevator or step-free route. If anyone in your party has limited mobility or small children, ask us before you book.
Hancock House is an entire historic rowhome on a quiet cobblestone street in Queen Village, near Center City and steps from some of the city's best-known restaurants.
It sleeps up to ten, with a finished basement that doubles as a workspace, a gas kitchen with a dishwasher, and free parking, which is rare and valuable this close to Old City.
The layout. Two bedrooms share a level, with a separate primary suite, which makes it an easy fit for families.
Hancock House and Catherine House stand side by side in Queen Village. Together they sleep up to 18, depending on availability. Tell us your dates and we will check both.
