Rodman House is an entire historic colonial home in Society Hill, more than 100 years old, with the beams, brick and stair rails of an old Philadelphia rowhouse and the comforts of a modern one.
The kitchen is fully equipped, the breakfast basics and coffee are stocked, and the primary bath has a soaking tub. Upstairs, a private rooftop deck looks out over the city skyline and the park.
The layout. Two bedrooms share a level, with a separate primary suite, which makes it an easy fit for families.
